Sibling care when outside : Co-ordinate, waiting expected, elder go fetch younger

Usually younger should not go to look for elder and can wait or study in school library till elder is ready to go home with younger.

Hard-headed outside : No dreaming of (being) Romeo or Juliet

Hard wired with relentless soft coding to always let this be the case

"Top" of mind :

Safety First
Be on look-out
No going back to slumberland (ya, even on the roads or outside!)

No reading
No jay-walking and even gay-walking (u should'nt thinking about having a merry or happy walking)
No yakking on phones (yakky-phones never mind).

Nimble-neck road crossing : But already in a tightspot

Esp on roads w/o dividers (many now come with them), to check traffic on both sides, stay cool and only attempt to get out of harm's way, "co-ordinating: with drivers moving in opp directions, and then over to the side of the road safely. But must remember the lesson learn't ... else may not be lucky next time! though choy! choy! ...

Man runs amok in shop but if adults around, could over-power & stop him ...

Guillemard side roads

It is imperative that the "authorised", with urgency and great clarity, relook their assessment of young and old pedestrians' safety along similar stretches of roads. They should take immediate action.

Pedestrian activated traffic lights at many sections, where buses, heavy and other vehicles turn into and from main roads, would be very helpful for the very young and old.

They have to turn their heads sharply to look and yet cross fast. Drivers on the other hand may see them only later, only at the point of turning, as these are low usage roads.

Similar letters to the press mention AMK Central 2 & 8 ...

Ang Mo Kio Central 2 and 8, Turning : Safe crossing needed

Pedestrian hit.
THE FACT, AND IRONY IS :
The fewer the vehicles (which wld hv easily spotted pedestrian),

A similarly feedback was also made to the "authorised", regarding the many side- roads along Guillemard Road and other areas that young children and old people need to cross and they say it it not feasible to install traffic lights, referring to maintenance problems and light flow of traffic. Precisely light flow, that's why this category of users have to avoid fast motorists who seem to own the roads. Hope there are right, coz lives lost could be anyone's including any one of us (though choy choy!)
