Can predict with "reasonable" accuracy but once "TauHong(Typhoon Madness)" sets in, still cannot ?
Can sweep over many 100's of km, as if being chased by some fleeting ghosts.
Can sweep thru many cities & states in a "matter" of time when nothing else matters except lives (Got to believe in God, "Halelujah!").
Can "dismantle" houses even if given lobang or opened window for Madness to escape thru.
Downward drafts do a lot of damage. No upward drift to Heaven as yet.
