Abuse after trust inculcated amongst victims over a long period of time.

All guardians should discourage too much child independence and only thrust them into the world when they reach a certain age :
No chalets, on initiating birthday parties, "extra-curricular affairs", etc, etc.

Indeed history repeats itself and life is a vicious cycle if such abuses keep resurfacing, though All Humans have the capacity to be exemplary in conduct ...
