Seems some cabdrivers who want to earn enough 2 cover costs, rush 2 cater 2 passengers who flag them down at any place and want them 2 bring them 2 their destinations, all w/o a thot for safety...
Do not let cabs come at u, not even from behind. Where possible b totally alert even for this, though not be too distracted to fall in2 say, a drain in front
Condition 1self, most of all, 2 b alert, 2 intuitively side-step any trouble, wherever that trouble may come, from any direction
