Beware, beware, beware. Not to be complacent about speed limiters which should be fitted on them but appears to have been tampered with.
Never cross when they are around, coz anytime be trampled over by them ... more dangerously than ever not only when few other vehicles and pedestrians are present but also when many are around.
Motorists 2 beware Heavy Vehicles tailgating and at above speed-limit
