Fataity : Visit 2 nursery by landscape contractor when parked lorry rolled down slope.
Take note when equipment and vehicles carry out works : construction, landscaping, etc.
Case of handbrake lever (driver forget and not put in gear 1. cover cld be loosened) not pulled 2 max, so not locked, so roll, which also cld have been caused by soiltruck moving past lorry.
Beware even if seemingly flat area or slope not steep, as less obvious, and when one vehicle moves past a parked vehicle as that could nudge the other vehicle to roll down.
