Not surprising, when we realise the numerous bean sprouts that we eat compared with the number of cucumbers, for eg, and the "surface area for unhygienic contact" with this vege shld be markedly higher? ...

In some situation, victims as numerous as the bean sprouts (per serving per person per meal) themselves? Fatalities are high ...
