Victoria St & Jln Kubor : No traffic lights

Fatal accident, Jln Kubor, btw Bugis and Kallang Mrt, some distance to the north-east from Arab Street, near Rochor Canal, some distance from Concourse.

No traffic lights and dark (implied possible double whammy?), so take care.
