Nimble-neck road crossing : But already in a tightspot

Esp on roads w/o dividers (many now come with them), to check traffic on both sides, stay cool and only attempt to get out of harm's way, "co-ordinating: with drivers moving in opp directions, and then over to the side of the road safely.
