Beware both parties : Alleged Molest

Media reports :

Suspect (arrested) followed, asked victim to help move bike so door can close. When girl was moving bike, felt elbow brush against breast, told her parents & police. Suspect allegedly involved in similar incidents. Esp if so or if he did not accidently brush against her but rather really touch her or for several times
