Fatality : Teen step off road divider without checking for traffic

Do not think road divider safe as tendency is go do down too fast. Make sure to watch out first for traffic, not for bus-stops or others. That can come later. Should cross at traffic lights.

(also there is a bus-stop outside Parkmall)
on the compound of Dhoby Ghuat Station
where buses appear quite fast to pick up passengers.

A student was killed while crossing a road in Tampines. She did not check traffic before crossing the street.

She stepped off a centre divider into an oncoming car.

While witness was checking for traffic, she took two steps onto road, seemingly to reach a bus stop opposite.
