Children cross traffic junctions only when lights just turn green for pedestrians

Their paces are smaller and they do not realise the width of the road calls for more time to cross. Also the count-down timer does not indicate how well paced they can cross the road without having to run, so cross only when pedestrian lights just turn green ...
